Tips: Why does the servo motor produce abnormal noise during operation?

Abnormal noise during servo motor operation is commonly caused by mechanical looseness, bearing wear, shaft misalignment, improper servo parameter settings, or excessive load vibration. Incorrect gain tuning in the servo drive may also create resonance or unstable motor movement, especially during acceleration and deceleration. In addition, poor lubrication, damaged couplings, or electrical interference from encoder signals can increase operating noise. Regular inspection, proper parameter adjustment, stable installation, and correct load matching can effectively reduce servo motor noise and improve system stability.
