Tips: Precautions for the using micro peristaltic pump.

After the pump hose has been used for about 220 hours, the hose can be turned over (that is, 90° rotation). Because one side of the hose is squeezed for a long time, it is easy to cause one side to be damaged, and turning over can increase the service life.
Storage period of the pump tubing shall not exceed one year (long-term non-use will cause aging).
Lubricate the rollers of micro peristaltic pump every 6 months (special lubricating oil is required).
After using the micro peristaltic pump for a long time, if abnormal noise occurs, it can be disassembled for inspection. Check if this is caused by bearing wear or damage, if not, please contact the manufacturer.
