Tips: The difference between fiber laser marking machine and CO2 laser marking machine
The difference of the applicable material:
- Fiber laser marking machine: metal and several non-metallic materials, high hardness alloy, oxide, electroplate, coating film, ABS, epoxy resin, printing ink, engineering plastic and so on.
- CO2 laser marking machine: suitable for paper, leather, cloth, polymethyl methacrylate, epoxy resin, acrylic, wool product, plastic, ceramic, crystal, jade, bamboo and wood product.
The difference of the performance parameters and characteristics:
- Fiber laser marking machine: with high electro-optical conversion efficiency, the electric consumption is no more than 500W for the whole machine, which is 1/10 of the lamp pumping laser marking machine, so that it will save the energy greatly. It has high processing speed, which is 2-3 times of the traditional marking machine. The operation life of its laser lasts for 100000 hours.
- CO2 laser marking machine: with a large laser power, it is suitable for several non-metallic products to be engraved and cut. The operation life of its laser lasts for 20000-30000 hours.
