1/2/3 GPM Hydraulic Triple Gear Pump Details

Tips: Hydraulic triple gear pump maintenance.

  1. According to the season, add or replace the hydraulic oil that meets the requirements to the specified oil level for the hydraulic triple gear pump. Take out the foreign matter in the oil pipe and tighten the bolt or nut of joint.
  2. Replace the aging or damaged skeleton oil seal or O-shaped sealing rubber ring.
  3. Replace worn gears or sleeves. If the wear degree slight, grind the end face smooth on flat plate. The allowable error of unevenness is 0.03mm, and the end face of the upper shaft sleeve is lower than the upper plane of the pump body (the normal value is lower than 0.10~0.15mm).
  4. The unloading groove on shaft sleeve must be installed on the side of the low pressure chamber to eliminate the harmful dead volume generated when the gear meshes.
  5. Before pressing in the self-tightening oil seal, a layer of lubricating oil should be applied to its surface. Note that the oil blocking edge faces the front cover and cannot be installed backwards.
  6. After disassembling the hydraulic triple gear pump, thoroughly clean the pump body and internal parts before replacing the seals. Dip kerosene with fine sandpaper and gently push it flat, and then install a new seal.
