11/13/18/20 GPM Hydraulic Tandem Gear Pump Details

Tips: Reasons for insufficient oil or no oil pressure of the hydraulic tandem gear pump.

  1. Oil level of the hydraulic oil tank in hydraulic tandem gear pump is too low.
  2. The use of hydraulic oil does not meet the seasonal requirements.
  3. The oil inlet pipe of hydraulic tandem gear pump is seriously blocked by dirt.
  4. Oil seal of the main gear of hydraulic tandem gear pump is damaged, and air enters the hydraulic system.
  5. O-ring of the oil inlet and outlet joints or elbow joints is damaged. The fastening bolts of the elbow joints or the oil inlet and outlet pipe nuts are not fastened, causing air to enter the hydraulic system.
  6. The hydraulic tandem gear pump has internal leakage and the sealing ring is aging.
  7. End face of the hydraulic tandem gear pump or end face of the main and auxiliary gear sleeves is worn, and the unevenness of the end faces of the two shaft sleeves is out of tolerance.
  8. The hydraulic tandem gear pump internal parts assembly error, causing internal leakage.
  9. Left-handed and right-handed installation reversed, breaking the skeleton oil seal.
