- Calculate the actual displacement value according to the formula: Gallon/min=displacement (ml/rev)*rated speed 1500rpm/3785.41L (speed variation range 500rpm-3000rpm).
Features
- The hydraulic gear pump has 1 inlet and double outlet ports, which can change the direction of high-pressure oil output according to different rotation directions. It is equivalent to saving a reversing valve.
- Housing of the hydraulic gear pump is made of high-strength aluminum alloy, and the back cover is made of high-strength cast iron, which has high strength and good pressure resistance.
- Input shaft connection of the hydraulic gear pump is flat key. Connection of the inlet and outlet ports is 3/4” thread.
- The automatic compensation mechanism for axial and radial clearance enables the hydraulic gear pump to maintain high volumetric efficiency and mechanical efficiency for a long time.
- The hydraulic gear pump uses alloy steel gears, with small fluctuations, high pressure, low noise and stable performance.
- Hydraulic gear pump uses composite material bearings and high-performance sealing elements, has a small starting torque and good tightness, and can work efficiently under harsh working conditions.
- Oil inlet and outlet pipe joints of the hydraulic gear pump can realize multi-directional inlet and outlet, and support bidirectional rotation. Tips: Precautions for using hydraulic gear pump.
- The working oil temperature is -20℃ to 80℃.
- When using hydraulic gear pump in winter, use 32# anti-wear hydraulic oil. When using hydraulic gear pump in summer, use 46# or 68# anti-wear hydraulic oil.
- The working oil filtration accuracy of the hydraulic gear pump is ≤25μm.
- When using hydraulic gear pump for the first time, pay attention to tighten the pipe joints and to remove the air from pipe and system, to avoid the 2-way gear pump from not working properly.
- The front end of 2-way gear pump has no bearing and cannot bear radial force. If you need a radial bearing structure, you can contact us for customization.
- The hydraulic gear pump can not be used for overspeed or overload, so as not to reduce the service life.
- The external drain port of 2-way gear pump must be connected to the oil tank separately, and cannot be mixed with other oil return lines to avoid affecting normal operation.
