Tips: Why does DC worm gear motor produce vibration?

  • The motor, worm gearbox and working machine are not fixed well, check the fixing bolts.
  • The teeth of the worm gear pair are excessively worn and damaged. It is recommended to replace the worm gear pair teeth.
  • The bearing is worn and the gap is large, and it needs to be replaced with a new bearing.
  • The bolts are not fixed properly, check the fixing bolts of each part and tighten them.
