Tips: Inspection before installing vacuum AC contactor

  • Before installing the vacuum AC contactor, check whether the product nameplate and the technical data on the coil (such as rated current, voltage, operating frequency and continuity of power, etc.) meet the actual requirements.
  • To separate and close the movable part of the vacuum AC contactor by hand, the vacuum AC contactor is required to move flexibly without jamming.
  • Some vacuum AC contactors are coated with anti-rust oil on the pole surface of the iron core. The anti-rust oil on the pole surface of the iron core should be wiped clean during the period of use to prevent the sticky oil from causing the ac contactor to power off and not release.
  • Check and adjust the working parameters of the contactor's contact (such as open distance, overtravel, initial pressure, final pressure, etc.) and synchronize the actions of the contacts of each pole.
