Tips: Coupling mode of circular connector
Circular connector has four coupling modes, such as threaded coupling, bayonet coupling, push-pull coupling and card locked coupling.

Threaded coupling is the most common coupling mode and has the advantages of simple process, low manufacturing cost and wide range of application.
Features: not suitable for rapid plugging and pulling, no in-place warning sound.
Bayonet connection has a rapid connection speed owing to its long screw lead of three bayonet groove. So it can achieve rapid connection and separation.
Features: small operation space, rapid plugging and pulling, in-place warning sound.
Push-pull coupling is the most rapid speed among the four coupling mode. It only need to rectilinear move to achieve connection, separation and locking. It is only suitable for the connectors with a small separating force.
Features: small operation space, can achieve rapid plugging and pulling, and achieve the high-density installation of multiple connectors.
Card locked coupling has good electromagnetic interference resistant performance and blind-mate function. But its range of application is limited by its complex process, high manufacturing cost and big shape.
