8 tips for the use of air compressor

  1. When the air compressor is used for cooling, it is necessary to clean up the impurity mixture in time, at least every two hours.
  2. The cooler and the water jacket should be placed in water before using air compressor.
  3. The water jacket needs to be cooled completely before the inlet of water, otherwise the cylinder may be damaged.
  4. We must use open-way drainage in drainage and drainage temperature should not exceed 10℃-15℃ compared with water inlet temperature.
  5. In order to avoid the explosion caused by the overload of pressure, the safety valve must be installed on the air compressor.
  6. The reducer should be installed in the condition of air pressure reduction.
  7. Air must be guaranteed to be dustless.
  8. Do not use gasoline and other substances in cylinder cleaning and professional coal oil is needed for cleaning.
